Today B is at high school for the day to get to know the place ahead of going there full-time in September. This is both awesome and terrifying to me. I managed to leave the house. Sort of. I ordered me and B an Uber since I can’t drive atm and D is at work. So got the Uber, dropped him off a the gates, and bid him a good day. Uber took me home, now back to safety in the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I hope he had a good day, I really really do. I know he will be one of only a few white kids so hopefully, he won’t get picked on or join a gang or, even worse, form one. I’m sure he’ll be fine and I’m just being overly worried.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saw the nurses again yesterday on a surprise visit. Had my obs taken by the first nurse and then she was worried so called some other nurses who then came out. Then the final nurses called an advanced practitioner who then said I should be doing nothing till the swelling from banging my head goes down. Here’s the messed up thing. I banged my head pretty bad. Almost the whole side on the right. I have no clue, no memory, nothing! Just blank! And I’m scared I’m having seizures in my sleep and banging it against the hard corner on the side. That worries me. After reading up on FND it’s something that can happen. Will have to get creative to find that out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
