So for me to get some quick energy in a down, dreary day I listen to music. It refreshes and charges the whole body. It can be most songs that get me going. Moody music, as I call it, like todays latest stuff works really well but golden oldies are they are now like Shakira, Aguilera, Spears all have this infectious beat. Hey, dont get me wrong, I love my cradle of filth just as much but these two and half minute tracks really get me moving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I suppose the other thing is coffee. Which, day 30, of staying in this motel, tends to be more tea than coffee. If I could bring the bean to cup Id be happy but think management might have a problem with it grinding away all day. So for now a good old fashioned brew does me well. Have to use powdered milk but hell nature will find its way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
