How often do you say \u201cno\u201d to things that would interfere with your goals?<\/div>

I fail at this. Constantly. I will procrastinate like mad, but I tend to see it through once I’m focused on a goal. If the goal last longer than a day then I’ll struggle, my long-term goals are something that I’m really poor at looking after. I tend to lean toward more immediate goals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I should learn to say no and focus but I always think other people’s goals should take priority over mine, and that I’ll do mine when everyone else is happy. I guess it’s just another way to put off doing them by saying that. I would love to say No and just focus, even on myself. I feel that I am the biggest blocker by not being able to stick to something easily. I used to be insanely good at blocking and focusing on goals when I was in a corporate environment. To some extent, I can still do this in the world of work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the world of work, I can hunker down and really focus on delivering what I need to. So for example I need to fix x amount of y by z. That’s fine and I can say no to people who would stop that goal from happening. But in my personal life, no, I am hopeless!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
