Short Story: About feelings

I was walking home from school one day when I felt a chill run down my spine. I looked around, but there was no one there. I shrugged it off and kept walking.

A few minutes later, I felt the same chill again. This time, I stopped and looked around more carefully. There was still no one there, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being watched.

I started to walk faster, but the feeling of being watched only got worse. I could hear my heart pounding in my chest, and my palms were sweating. I was so scared that I wanted to run, but I was afraid that if I did, whatever was watching me would chase me.

I finally made it home and ran inside, locking the door behind me. I collapsed on the couch, trying to calm down. I didn’t know what was going on, but I knew that I had never been so scared in my life.

I lay on the couch for a long time, trying to forget about what had happened. Eventually, I fell asleep. But even in my dreams, I could still feel the eyes of the watcher on me.
