Elvis kept me company from 6 pm until now. I was messing about with Spotify and trying to distract myself (which has worked, to be fair), so I fancied something different tonight, so I have had Elvis on for six hours. We laughed, we sang, and no, I’m not sat with him, but in spirit. Such a good voice. I’m currently working through his live albums.

It’s now playing another live show with the same songs. Elvis must have been older when he did the gig as his voice was a lot deeper. I’ll stop talking now.

It’s pretty much rained all day here. Why is it that when it’s nice outside, it feels like it hasn’t rained for years?
