“So”. That’s it. “So”. I say it far too often. So, what is this, So, you are one with the d*ckheads. That’s a cop out. “Fair enough” and “nice”. Two words that I have uttered far to often, I cringe every time I use them because I think I use them in every day conversation. The “nice” is usually done with a head bob. “Niiiiccee” *head bob*. Just in case you wondered what that would look like. Fair enough is fair enough. Maybe its an up north thing. “Al’right” is the other combination, dual purpose phrase. It mean hello. It also means hello how are you? There is that level of ambiguity when someone says this to you is strong. You can usually guess which camp they go in to. But in true northern fashion you are required to ask “good mate, you?” then the conversation just sort of tappers off.
I’m trying to work out my timeline to update my tracker for seizures so that way I’ll know when its time to get my license back.
Sunday :
Monday : Warning signs & seizure
Tuesday : **Ambulance called** seizure
Wednesday : Small blip from Tuesday to Wednesday.
Think that’s right. Today I can only see properly if I close one eye. I really need to get new glasses. I need to get in touch with the carers to increase my time to allow for an outing once a week.
I forgot to mention I bit down really hard of the tongue on one side and oh my god does that get boring real fast!
Oh the doctors called, they can see me at 9.50am face to face. Need to change it to a call only ask can’t go out like this. Yeah stewing it over. I know there isn’t anything they can do, I did do my research. Everything I found was about minimising risk. So sit down or get low when you think its going to happen, wear a pad. I often pee myself whilst I’m having a seizure.
God can’t even see straight.

Hi! Is the tracker you have http://www.seizuretracker.com ?
It is pretty good.
No but I never knew such a thing existed. I’ll have a closer look as not sure if its UK friendly. Right now its my trusty excel spreadsheet!
I’m in the UK and I’ve known people it was recommended to here. It was a guy in America made it for his kid originally.
Hope it works out for you
