Ok so by posting now it means that I'm excluded from that 'not posting for months' thing I mentioned below.

We have the house. Woo. And it is awesome. We technically moved in on the 1st September but we only started staying there this week. It has been really good, only taking a fraction of the time it used to to get to work. The landlady has done a really good job tidying the whole place up and replacing carpets and light fittings.
