ded up waking up two days ago, at 4am, with an FND attack. I couldn’t speak properly, nor move around or do anything. I went upstairs to the bathroom in the end. Then back down and slept it off. It was still there when I woke up but its better now. I can function again.

So much for new days when the following day THAT happens haha oh well, onwards and upwards.

An occupational Therapy nurse and another higher-up nurse came today. They did my observations and they have discharged me from the two times-a-week training sessions. I can walk around comfortably with two sticks, I learned I can hold onto stuff, how to move around in the kitchen, and to use a stool when I can do basic stuff. Which is good. They have now been replaced by social workers who want to meet up this week at some point. The dr wants to see my Friday and today I have an emergency appointment at 4.10pm as my lower right chest is killing me when I cough. Maybe something left over from the infection there last month.
